Yes! You can purchase up to 10 tickets in a single order. Each ticket covers one person's full-day admission to all presentations and the exhibitor hall.

Your ticket includes full-day access to all presentations on the main stage and in breakout rooms, access to the exhibitor hall with all featured expedition cruise lines, complimentary refreshments throughout the day, and an event program and destination guide.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable. If you can no longer attend, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact us at least 48 hours before the event to arrange a transfer.

Doors open at 9:30 AM. Presentations begin at 10:00 AM and the event runs until 4:00 PM. We recommend arriving early to browse the exhibitor hall before the first keynote.

The Antarctic expedition season runs from November through March, with the peak season in December and January when wildlife activity is at its highest. Each month offers a different experience — early season for sea ice and dramatic landscapes, mid-season for penguin chicks and whale activity, late season for calving glaciers.

Popular voyages — especially Antarctica and the Galápagos — often sell out 12–18 months in advance. We recommend starting your research now and booking as early as possible to secure your preferred dates and cabin category. Early booking discounts are common.

Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?

Yes. The Mercer Island Community & Event Center is fully ADA accessible, with elevator access to all levels, accessible restrooms, and designated accessible parking spaces near the main entrance. Please contact us in advance if you have specific accessibility needs.

Free parking is available in the venue's main lot directly adjacent to the building. Additional free street parking is available on SE 24th St and surrounding streets. The lot opens at 9:00 AM.
